We discover a water leak from our ceiling shortly after we got up at 6:30am on a very rainy day after Christmas. John’s House Improvement came up in the Google search my wife did during breakfast. After reading his stellar reviews, she called him. He was at the Lowe’s not far from our house and was at our door shortly afterward and then went up on the roof and quickly assessed the issue. He showed us the video of cracked vent covers and gave us a price for the work. We agreed. He and a partner were back up on the roof by 11:30 and done by 12:30. He showed us a video of the completed work, and we happily paid him! What we were afraid would be a major issue was addressed in just over 4 hours!
